Olena Sadovnik is an accomplished Career Consultant with extensive global experience. Her professional journey includes roles in Canadian and US non-profits, as well as the corporate sector and international organisations in Ukraine, companies as Deloitte, UN and EU projects.
Since October 2022, Olena has served as a Career Practitioner at the Centre for Newcomers in Calgary, where she has successfully assisted over 1,000 clients from diverse backgrounds, including Ukraine, Czech Republic, India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Cameroon, Japan, Australia, and Canada, in securing their first jobs or transitioning within Canada.
In May 2024, Olena embarked on a new journey, transitioning to a consultant role as a Job Sherpa. Her mission is to guide individuals in finding fulfilling careers and realizing their full potential.
Olena's educational background includes studying Career Development Foundations at the University of Calgary. She is also a Fulbright Scholar, holding a Master's degree in Communications from St. Rose College in Albany, NY, USA.
